Lee Elementary expecting an assembly, but what I found was a stadium-sized movement of students ready to prove that the word “impossible” has no place in their hallways.

But that kind of energy doesn’t happen by accident—it starts with addressing the quiet moments of doubt.

Pull up a chair and grab a refill, because I have to tell you about the time I turned a West Texas gym into a high-stakes sports broadcast—and watched 600 students realize they were the “All-Stars” the world has been waiting for. How do you ignite a fire in K-8th grade students, especially when they’re navigating challenges that can dim their light?
