This week, I had the absolute blast of bringing this solution to Byram Township Intermediate School and Byram Lakes Elementary School in Stanhope, New Jersey. From the moment I stepped on stage, the energy was electric. We laughed, we celebrated, and we dove deep into what it truly means to overcome challenges and embrace a resilient mindset. The students were incredible—fully engaged and ready to soak up every moment of the program.
My school assembly program is designed to:
- Develop an “I can. I will!” mindset to face challenges head-on.

After the program, the principal at Byram Township Intermediate School pulled me aside, beaming. “Eddie, that program was incredible!” he told me. “We need to have you come out every year!” That kind of feedback—knowing that the message resonated deeply and made a tangible difference—is what fuels me.
